Class C Charlo defeated Class B Mission 3-2 last night in both team's opening match of the season. The Lady Vikings were led by Dawn Blevins who had five blocks, 13 assists and three aces. Deondra Brown also had 13 kills for Charlo.
Mission won the first game 19-25, but Charlo won the second 25-23. The Lady Bulldogs bounced back with a 10-25 game win, but the Lady Vikings finished things off with 25-23 and 15-9 wins.
Jenn Larsson had 16 kills for Mission, while Stephanie Lewandowski had 16 digs.
