Arlee 50, Philipsburg 28

The arcade-game like season continues for Arlee running back Zack Tameler, who ran for 236 total yards and six touchdowns in a 50-28 victory over Philipsburg on Friday for the Warrior's homecoming.

Arlee jumped out to a 14-0 lead thanks to a running TD by Tameler and a Favre-esque heave by Arlee quarterback Cody Sheridan for a 60-yard touchdown to receiver Jesse Durham.

Tameler scored on a 14-yard run to begin the second quarter, and after a Philipsburg touchdown, would score again on a 72-yard touchdown run to make it 28-8.

Granite would score two unanswered touchdowns to make it close going into halftime 28-22.

In the second half, it was all Arlee as Tameler ran for three more touchdowns en route to the victory. Zack Carver also ran for 52 yards in the contest, while Sheridan threw for 124 yards.

Arlee improved to 1-2 and will play at Noxon next week.
