Polson (5-0) vs. Frenchtown (0-5)
The Pirates take on the Northwestern A newcomer Frenchtown after beating them twice last season. Polson beat Frenchtown in their season opener in 2010 and then defeated them in the opening round of the playoffs.
Until last week against, Whitefish, Polson's defense hadn't given up a touchdown and look for a similar result this week if the players can avoid those Homecoming nerves.
Ronan (4-1) vs. Loyola (5-0)
It's senior night for the Chiefs and a chance to win yet another game against Top Class B talent. Loyola had allowed just six points in their past three games while scoring 147.
However, the Chiefs have been equally impressive against good teams in Class B. This could be the most important conference game of the year as Ronan tries to start 2-0 in league play.
Charlo (4-2) vs. Philipsburg (1-5)
The Charlo Vikings have won three games straight while Philipsburg has lost five straight and given up 198 points in their past three games. Charlo has really clicked on offense this year with their stable of speedy kids and will hope to finish their schedule out with a bang and clinch a playoff berth.
Mission (1-4) vs. Troy (0-5)
The Bulldogs had a tough schedule to begin the year, and will be looking for a strong showing. Don't underestimate these dogs as the team has always run on emotion and those should be high for Homecoming. Troy is coming off a 41-6 loss to Bigfork and Mission will look to get the run going against them.
Arlee (1-5) vs. Darby (1-5)
Arlee's offense has looked strong all season, and the Warriors could have a lot better record if just a few more fourth quarter plays went their way. Darby has lost four straight and has scored just 12 points in their past two contests. If Arlee can limit their turnovers, look for this to be a victory.
